Ground Floor: The ground floor sports two twin rooms with external doors leading onto the swimming pool,  whom share a bath / shower room.  A Master bedroom with en-suite bath & shower room also with external door to swimming pool. The downstairs living room  leads to an undercover BBQ – Pool entertainment area complete with it’s own down stairs kitchen and fully equipped laundry room.

Second Floor:  The upstairs space is overwhelmingly spacious with large windows and patios complimenting the 360 degree views. The large fully equipped kitchen is open plan, with a 8 seater dining table, large lounge with seating for 12 guests.  The Patio doors open onto the undercover patio.  Your stay will be comfortable and convenient in the superbly finished bedrooms.  The main en-suite bedroom upstairs, complete with large dressing room, bath, shower, toilet, is fitted with under floor heating and leads onto the patio affording panoramic lagoon and ocean views.

Sun Deck: The 3rd level Sun Deck is ideal for early breakfast complete with a 6-8 seating table & chairs, but to us, there is no better spot to enjoy a “Sun-Downer”
