Xugana Island Lodge is situated in the heart of the Okavango Delta, nestling under a canopy of wild ebony and garcina trees facing onto the tranquil blue waters of Xugana Lagoon. Xugana, meaning, "kneel down to drink", is a 16-bedded lodge with reed and thatch en-suite chalets built on stilts near the water edge. For the less energetic there is a swimming pool which is submerged in the reeds on the banks of the lagoon.
