Situated in the heart of the Reserve on top of a vegetated dune belt offering fantastic vistas and desert panoramas is Wolwedans Dunes Lodge. The lodge accommodates eighteen guests in spacious chalets, which have been built on wooden platforms. Three of these chalets are directly accessible from the main complex by a wooden walkway. The front section of each chalet can be opened onto a veranda with a 180-degree view, in case of wind and rain, canvas blinds can be lowered within minutes. Each chalet is furnished with two over-sized beds, bedside tables, a coffee table, two comfortable chairs and has en-suite facilities with shower, two washbasins and toilet. The main complex is also built on stilts and consists of reception area, bar, lounge, spacious dining room and a sun downer deck with fireplace.
