Deluxe country lodge situated in Dullstroom, two hours drive from Johannesburg en route to the Kruger National Park.

Set in the unique 1 500-acre property, Walkersons has been specifically devised as a personal collection of thefinest experiences that will never be forgotten. Lakeside suites consist of 20 suites under thatch with armchairs facing open log fireplaces. All with extra-length king-size beds and private writing desk, TV and telephone. Full bathroom and separate shower, heater and heated towel rail. A special feature is the fully equipped drinks cabinet in every room. All rooms have private patios and are lake-facing. Manor suites are fully appointed with all the features of our Lakeside suites but more spacious, with an additional bedroom and bathroom adjoining for extra family members. The Highland Suite is a five-roomed premier suite with a private study, separate lounge, spacious bathroom, large bedroom and adjoining dressing-room, all to the highest standard, with privacy and views. The Stable suite is situated over the elegant Stable Complex, some 200 metres away from the main lodge, with beautiful views from the balcony down the valley into the Lowveld. Large bedroom with king-size extra-length double bed and beautifully furnished with couches, tables, etc. Large bathroom with shower, bath, loo and vanity.

Satellite TV but no fireplace or telephone. Cell phone reception is also available. The lodge has a library for quiet relaxation or small meetings. It offers a full selection of fly-fishing tackle and accessories to guests at a nominal charge. Special fly-tying and instruction can be arranged at short notice. Guides are at hand to escort you around the Walkersons waters and trips to other waters by arrangement. Experience spectacular views, at least 12 species of indigenous game, prolific bird and flower species, whilst walking through the reserve's trails. Game walks from the lodge are also offered. Indulge in the gracious art of elegant wining and dining. Select your wine from the unique wine cellar and enjoy a beautiful blend of country cuisine and English elegance. Additional facilities include, a beautiful secluded pool, set in a garden environment close to the lodge, available for guests' pleasure and a "Victorian" stable has been built on the estate and horse-riding is available (not included in tariff).
